2. Any payment received prior to a site survey is fully refundable on request.
3. Any payment received following a site survey will be taken to be a full or partial deposit against a firm order and will be refundable up to the point where your order is acknowledged, should you change your mind.
4. Following the issue of an order acknowledgement you may cancel your order and receive a full refund only within 24 hours of the transmission (usually by email or text) of the acknowledgement. After this period your new garage door will have been committed to manufacture and no refund will be available, your order will be considered firm and there will be a contract between us as per our terms and conditions.
5. If you haven't received a refund yet where we have told you we have issued one, please check your bank account or card statement to make sure it hasn't been received and then contact your bank as some banks or card companies take a number of days to credit your account.
