answer : The £1 charge represents an 'expression' of interest' charge to get the ball rolling. It is fully refundable.
2. Once I have clicked a 'buy it now' button what am I letting myself in for?
answer : The 'buy it now' button is purely a tool to express your interest and prompt a dialogue between us. Neither you nor us are under any obligation whatsoever.
3. How can I find out more about garage doors to ensure that I make the right choice?
answer : We can provide extensive documentation to introduce the various types, designs and colour finishes of garage doors, including a free guide.
4. What is a 'free survey'?
answer : Your new garage door must fit your garage properly. We will arrange a visit to your home to discuss your requirements and to measure up. There is no charge for this (subject to your location).
5. How do I confirm my choice of new garage door?
answer : Following a site visit we will prepare a fully costed proposal for you describing one or more options that will suit your garage. If you are happy to accept then we will ask you to confirm and to pay a deposit, typically 30% of the order value.
6. How can I make payment?
answer : We can take payment by bank transfer or by card.
7. When should I pay?
We will ask for a deposit (typically 30%) to secure your order with the balance becoming due on completion.
8. What about guarantees?
answer : We do not manufacture garage doors but we do use leading established manufacturers You will be covered by the manufacturer's warranty on each garage door that we install. We will also warrant our workmanship for 12 months.
9. What about my old garage door?
answer : We'll happily dispose of your old garage door and frame. If you have a composite door we'll make a small additional charge.
